This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, education, innovation, and partnership development while helping students explore meaningful career pathways and build skills that have lasting impact.

In this role, you will serve as the primary operational lead for Code+ while supporting Duke's broader Special Programs portfolio, including Duke Technology Scholars (DTech), Data Fellowship, and other experiential learning initiatives.   • Experience developing partnerships with faculty, researchers, employers, sponsors, donors, and industry partners.
  • Experience creating marketing, communications, recruitment, and outreach materials.
  • Familiarity with platforms that support program administration, engagement, assessment, relationship management, and reporting.

Other Requirements

Ability to travel occasionally to support program activities and stakeholder engagement.

Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.
