Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in program management or related environment.
• Strong understanding of technology fields including software development, AI, cybersecurity, data science, cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for Code+ and support Duke's Special Programs portfolio.
• Collaborate with faculty, researchers, technology leaders, industry partners, and students to create project opportunities.
• Communicate effectively to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
