Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing software, data science, analytics, or mission technology programs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git-based workflows.
• Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Falcon program execution including customer engagement, financial performance, staffing, and delivery.
• Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and systems engineers.
• Manage program financials: CPFF execution, costs, staffing forecasts, and invoicing support.
• Maintain regular customer communications and align deliverables with contract requirements.
