Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day ROOT team in Nashville. You will scope large projects, communicate status, risks, and changes to senior leadership, and coordinate across organizations.

Top candidates will have 5+ years in program management, strong data-driven decision skills, and experience delivering end-to-end programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
Thinking creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement.
Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment
Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
