Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Level 5 Program Manager / Proposal Lead to manage the Multi-Year Procurement production program. You will guide proposals through requirement, development, negotiation and award, coordinating across engineering, contracts, supply chain and customer stakeholders.

This high‑visibility role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and onsite work; you will align production ramps, scheduling, and pricing with proposal strategy to deliver winning

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance within the last 5 years.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Experience managing proposal lifecycle from requirement maturity through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Strong customer collaboration experience in proposal strategy, SOW development, contract modification, and schedule integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with cross functional communications, leading, prioritizing, and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the MYP proposal team by providing program management direction, portfolio integration, prioritization, coaching, and escalation support.
• Drive MYP proposal through the requirement, proposal, negotiation and contract award lifecycle.
• Provide proposal status reporting as required and support executive level reporting and business rhythm.
• Integrate production roadmap priorities with proposal strategy, rate ramp maturity, DMS/MS impacts, supplier readiness, funding, contract structure, and customer needs.
• Coordinate across Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Supply Chain, Pricing, Business Management, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to mature proposal inputs and resolve blockers.
• Support negotiation readiness by ensuring proposal assumptions, scope, risks, dependencies, and customer positions are clearly understood and leadership‑ready.
• Maintain visibility across active and emerging production proposals, including UCA definitization, ECPs and add/delete proposals.
