Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an Engineering Project Associate Manager for the Orlando site. You will guide planning, staffing, and execution of complex engineering programs, including data management under multiple contracts, while coaching the DM team.

The role requires active clearance, strong communication, and proven ability to deliver across development, test, and sustainment phases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance with current 5-year investigation.
• Experience managing technical projects and personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Management principles and contract requirements.
• Experience implementing DM functions across multiple programs and phases.
• Knowledge of technical data markings, data rights, and handling classified docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create status reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, organizing, and completion of engineering projects.
• Recruit, train, assess performance, assign work, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Plan programs and staff engineering projects per requirements.
• Assign personnel to phases; manage scheduling and solve design/test problems.
• Serve as Deputy Manager for Data Management on the Air Dominance program.
• Drive DM execution across contracts; CAM for CDM activities.
• Maintain DM data integrity and owner of Integrated Data Environment (SharePoint).
• Interact with subcontractors and customers; report metrics and mitigate issues.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring for the DM team.
