Lockheed Martin’s Orlando-area team seeks a Proposal Program Manager to lead complex proposal efforts for the F-35 Sustainment Program, from inception through award. This role requires strong program management, cross-functional coordination, and customer engagement to craft competitive proposals.

You will serve as the primary focal point for proposals, coordinating across Engineering, Contracts, Business Management, Global Supply Chain, and Finance while owning execution through contract award.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD programs and government contracting.
• Experience executing complex proposals end-to-end.
• Experience developing SOWs, BOEs, cost/pricing inputs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program management focal point for assigned proposals.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Contracts, Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Finance.
• Own proposal execution and negotiation through contract award.
• Engage with customers and leadership throughout the process.
