Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Proposal Lead to direct the development of competitive proposals, manage the integrated schedule, technical content, and cost strategy to meet customer expectations and win criteria.

You will partner with internal subject‑matter experts, senior management, and the customer to synchronize deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all solicitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a US Citizen.
• Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope.
