Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field or BS/BA in related field and 3-5 years’ management and supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing housing or service programs is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of operations and service delivery for the Greater New Haven Supportive Housing Programs.
• Provide oversight and direct supervision to Lead Case Workers and staff; ensure program outcomes and quality.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for agency and funding sources.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HMIS data and client records; maintain data accuracy and program statistics.
