Job summary

New Reach, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Greater New Haven Youth Rapid Rehousing and Diversion efforts, ensuring services are delivered per funder requirements.

You will supervise staff, coordinate operations, and manage data, reporting, and partnerships to advance housing stability for youth aged 18–24.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field or BS/BA with 3–5 years of management experience.
• Critical Time Intervention Instructor Certification preferred.
• Program administration/development skills with strong leadership ability.
• Experience managing housing, service programs, home visiting, and similar programs.
• Experience with substance abuse, mental illness and homelessness; promote equal access.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and service delivery for Youth Rapid Rehousing and Diversion programs.
• Oversee implementation of evidence-based models within service delivery (CTI, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered planning).
• Support annual Strategic Planning directives and objectives.
• Conduct community training and meetings as NR representative; enhance knowledge of homeless service delivery.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annualReports for agency and funders as required.
• Monitor compliance of data implementation and dashboard metrics for services and goals.
• Advocate to Chief Program Officer on program needs; revise policies with staff/partners.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Supervise staff; orient/train; enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Manage HMIS data quality and client records; ensure accuracy of statistics/outcomes.
• Represent NR at community meetings and educate policymakers on housing issues.
