Job summary

New Reach, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for the Greater New Haven Youth Rapid Rehousing and Diversion programs.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and coordinate program implementation. The role requires a master’s degree or equivalent plus several years of management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to housing and homeless services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field or BS/BA in related field with 3–5 years’ management experience.
• Experience administering and developing programs; ability to lead teams.
• Experience managing housing or service programs, with knowledge of homelessness issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and services implementation for the Greater New Haven Youth Rapid Rehousing and Diversion programs.
• Supervise and train staff; ensure compliance with funder requirements and program policies.
• Prepare reports for agency and funding sources; monitor data accuracy and dashboards.
