Job summary

Amazon Flex is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own the design and execution of evaluation and enforcement frameworks for delivery partners at scale.

You will build mechanisms that prevent defects across station and on-road operations, identifying root causes and ensuring recurrence does not happen. You will partner with Operations, Legal, and senior leadership to drive governance and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across multiple organizations.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for SLS evaluation, including reporting systems and quality metrics.
• Analyze defect data to identify patterns, root causes, and mitigation programs.
• Define program mission, objectives, and drive improvements with metrics.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to determine priorities and allocate resources.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems; reduce failure exposure.
• Write and present narratives to Directors and VPs; manage executive escalations.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to understand problems and automation needs.
