Amazon is seeking a high‑judgment Sr. Program Manager to lead Fleet Accountability. This role drives sustainable mechanisms to ensure DSPs maintain safe, functional vehicles across our last‑mile network, impacting thousands of Delivery Associates worldwide.

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Responsibilities

Diagnose Fleet Defects End-to-End: identify root causes from driver-reported vehicle issues and safety signals.
Build Preventive System Controls: develop real-time alerts and guardrails to drive DSP action before violations occur.
Own Fleet Enforcement Mechanisms: support launch of Monitoring and Enforcement Plans for priority fleet areas.
Establish Safety Coverage Standards: define vehicle condition standards across regions and programs.
Create Detection and Remediation Systems: design signals to proactively identify fleet safety risks and remediation frameworks.
Drive Leadership Alignment: manage director and VP-level reviews and resource prioritization.
