Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Amazon Flex SLS Cont Improvement in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across organizations.
• Establish scalable SLS evaluation processes, including reporting systems and quality metrics.
• Analyze defect data to identify patterns, root causes, and mitigation programs.
• Define program mission, objectives, and drive metric-based improvements.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to set priorities and allocate resources.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems; reduce failure exposure.
• Write and present narratives to Directors and VPs; manage executive escalations.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments and drive solution design.
