Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach to lead enforcement and coaching for Delivery Service Partners to meet Fleet Standards and safety commitments. You will own Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs) within North America and develop reporting processes to drive DSP performance.

You will work with internal teams such as Transportation Risk and Compliance, Fleet Managers, and Business Coaches to drive improvements, address root causes, and coach DSPs to higher fleet

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Responsibilities

• Own Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs) within North America to ensure compliance and coach DSPs to improve performance around key metrics
• Develop reporting and communication processes for DSPs to drive performance for key Fleet Standards metrics
• Communicate across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals, tasks, and to ensure the overall success of the program
• Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive program and process improvements
• Evaluate program policies and enforcement matrix
• Create programs and processes to drive compliance
• Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs
• Work across internal teams including Transportation Risk and Compliance, Fleet Managers, Business Coaches, and other Last Mile teams
• Create reporting and metrics to help identify root causes of low performance
• Develop action plans to address root causes and assist with implementing the changes
