Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across brands. You will interact with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining exceptional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining program updates, monitoring funding, reviewing claims, updating trackers, and managing escalation

Qualifications

• Must manage programs across multiple brands from planning to execution.
• Ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to drive value.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Maintain program maintenance, updates, and launches within timelines and budget.
• Monitor funding and invoicing for assigned accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Track claims workflow, tickets, and data to prevent bottlenecks and ensure audit readiness.
• Update trackers and SNOW tickets, ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee escalation tracking and timely resolution across communications.
