Job summary

Amazon Logistics is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Tech Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge technology and Last Mile operations.

You will own a slice of Last Mile tech, translating complex concepts for business leaders, driving system adoption, and championing innovations that improve delivery operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize software needs, standardize processes, and support growth while leveraging data to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the tech organization on BRD documentation and alignment.
• Highlight risks and resource needs for Technology Team and support design for lean processes.
• Act as gatekeeper for prioritizing software enhancements and interface with delivery stations.
• Support process improvements and standardization across Amazon Logistics using Lean principles.
• Measure standard rates for standard work to aid labor and capacity planning.
• Provide metrics inputs to ensure compliance and drive cost/quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality and other teams to standardize core processes across the network.
