Amazon Logistics is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Tech Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge technology and Last Mile operations.
You will own a slice of Last Mile tech, translating complex concepts for business leaders, driving system adoption, and championing innovations that improve delivery operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize software needs, standardize processes, and support growth while leveraging data to guide improvements.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Tech Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work within the Last Mile network. The SME works across technology and operations teams on the prioritization, development, optimization, and sustainment of the technology and related process to positively impact customer experience while supporting business growth.
No two days are the same as a Last Mile Tech SME. You’ll own a slice of Last Mile technology, becoming the domain expert. Your work spans three pillars: tactical, technical, and strategic. You’ll translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language, facilitate system adoption through training, and champion innovations that transform delivery operations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
