Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Tech Subject Matter Expert to drive prioritization, development, optimization, and sustainment of technology and related processes across operations, delivering improvements in customer experience and supporting business growth.

You will partner with engineering and operations, act as gatekeeper for software enhancements, and lead standardization of core processes. Travel about 25% to North American Delivery Stations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech organization on BRD and prioritize software enhancements.
• Highlight areas of business risk and input on software design to support lean processes.
• Serve as interface with delivery stations to drive adoption of changes.
• Support process improvements and standardization across AMZL using Lean principles.
• Establish standard rates for standard work for labor and capacity planning.
• Provide metrics inputs that support compliance of standard work and cost/quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Learning, Loss Prevention, and Ops Eng teams to drive core process standardization.
