Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead high-visibility efforts within the JADC2 portfolio. You will oversee integration across cost, schedule, and risk, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities for ISR, aviation, and C4ISR systems.

The role involves proposal development, contract negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with enterprise strategy. A Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry.
• Experience with evaluating proposals/quotes and with contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and be the primary focal for a customer.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver on cost, schedule and risk goals.
• Active Secret US Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects and major systems.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Manage high-risk programs with budgets of $20M or greater.
• Lead proposals from initial customer interaction including basis of estimates and contracts.
• Develop and maintain Earned Value Management baselines and performance metrics.
• Support business development, capture efforts, pricing, and negotiation inputs.
• Lead teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities under aggressive timelines.
