Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a results-driven Program Manager I to oversee multiple projects aligning with business objectives. You will manage customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical execution, with budgets up to $20M, while supervising staff and serving as the main customer POC.

This role emphasizes risk management, resource planning, and coordination with stakeholders to meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints, within SNC's Mission Solutions and Technologies group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in project/program management within A&D or equivalent.
• 1+ years leading teams of 3+ cross-functional members.
• Experience with RFPs/quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing multiple projects or a small program.
• Experience as the primary customer focal point.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic aspects of multiple projects, focusing on customer relations, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage business resource planning and risk management.
