Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a dynamic Program Manager II to lead the JADC2 portfolio, directing complex, high-visibility efforts across C2 capabilities and ISR/aviation systems. You will oversee cost, schedule, and risk, align with enterprise strategy, and drive IRAD projects to advance the company’s technical edge.

In this role you’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, develop proposals, and ensure on-time delivery of mission-critical capabilities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, PM, Engineering).
• 6+ years of progressive project/program management experience in Aerospace & Defense.
• 1+ years leading cross-functional teams of 3+ members.
• Experience with evaluations of bids and proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and serving as primary customer focal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects.
• Track status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Manage high-risk programs with budgets of $20M or greater.
• Lead proposal tasks from customer interaction through contract awards.
• Develop program plans, monitor risks, and ensure cost/schedule alignment.
• Provide data-driven performance metrics and EV management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
