Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead requirements engineering, systems integration, and MBSE across ISR, aviation, and security programs. You will oversee complex analyses, technical planning, and risk management while mentoring team members to align with program goals.

The role requires expert modeling skills, DoD domain familiarity, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance, with hybrid/in-office collaboration across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Expert proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools.
• Proven leadership experience in systems engineering.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
• Understanding of requirements management, derivation, allocation, and V&V principles.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
