Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Sr Project Manager/Sr Project Integrator to lead high-risk, complex programs in a hybrid US environment. You will drive Earned Value Management, program integration, and cross-functional coordination across design, development, and delivery while ensuring government and internal requirements are met. This role requires active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S.

Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in Earned Value Management.
• Experience managing project scope and scope creep.
• Experience in resource planning and management.
• Experience with risk management planning and documentation.
• Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
• Familiarity with government contracting and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk, high-complexity projects with multiple deliverables from initiation to closeout.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources for project success.
• Interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including proposal development, planning, scope, design, execution, delivery, and closeout.
• Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators.
• Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Ensure agility and flexibility in project management to accommodate frequent changes.
• Manage direct reports or coordinate with a larger support staff to ensure successful project execution.
