Job summary

Alameda Point Collaborative, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Alameda, CA to lead resident services, supervise staff, and ensure housing stability through trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.

You will oversee program planning, data quality in HMIS, compliance with contracts, and collaboration with community partners to support residents and families.

This role requires strong leadership, program management, and a commitment to equity and outcome-driven services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in social services.
• Minimum two years of experience supervising case management or social services staff.
• Minimum four years of experience providing direct services to adults/families facing homelessness or housing instability.
• Experience with trauma-informed, strengths-based, Housing First, and harm reduction approaches preferred.
• Experience using HMIS platforms, data entry, and reporting.
• Knowledge of case management documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Valid California Driver's License and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Program Support Specialists and other staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Hold regular supervision meetings to review performance and outcomes.
• Lead program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement program improvements using data and feedback.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to staff and escalate issues to leadership.
• Provide feedback to the Executive Director.
