Job summary

Insight Housing seeks a Senior Manager to oversee the Housing Community Supports, Albany Project HOPE, and Shelter Plus Care programs; supervise planning and implementation; ensure program outcomes are met; support Program Managers; and lead training for the Programs team across Insight Housing.

You will ensure contract reporting and fiscal oversight, foster collaboration with city and county partners, maintain best practices, and coordinate with leadership and the compliance team to meet CARF

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field is required.
3–5 years’ direct experience serving Veterans or homeless individuals, with strong administrative experience preferred.
At least 3 years' experience supervising staff and managing programs serving homelessness or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee Housing Community Supports, Albany Project HOPE, and Shelter Plus Care programs.
Supervise program planning, implementation, and ensure grant reporting and fiscal oversight.
Provide leadership in training for the Programs team and ensure best practices and consistency.
Coordinate with Insight Housing Leadership and compliance to maintain accreditation goals.
Build collaborative relationships with city/county partners and represent the organization externally.
