Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in program management.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with budgets, grants, contracts, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, reporting.
• Strong supervisory, communication, organizational, financial-management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff.
• Ensure program goals, policies, and service standards are met.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and contracts with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with grants, regulatory requirements, and reporting.
• Develop partnerships with participants, families, funders, and agencies.
• Prepare reports and present updates to leadership.
• Represent Family Bridges at community meetings.
