Coordinated Care Agency, a dba of the Archdiocesan Housing Authority, seeks a Program Manager to lead Resident Services and oversee program budgets. The role emphasizes Housing First, Harm Reduction, and trauma-informed care for formerly homeless adults with mental health or substance use challenges.

The position requires supervision, policy development, and coordination with the Program Director to advance housing stability and ensure funder compliance. DOE compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• BA degree and supervisory experience required.
• Experience serving homeless populations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Commitment to Housing First and Harm Reduction principles.
• Ability to work within CCS/CHS mission and policies.
• Willingness to work in a trauma-informed care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership to Resident Services staff.
• Hire, train, supervise, and review staff performance.
• Develop policies with the Program Director and engage stakeholders.
• Promote Housing First, Harm Reduction, and trauma-informed practices.
• Maintain training materials and conduct ongoing staff education.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure payroll readiness.
• Represent CCS in meetings with funders and community partners.
• Respond to emergencies and manage on-call duties.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and budgets.
