Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 7+ years progressive project/program management experience; prior lead role.
• Experience managing program budgets and resource trade-offs; customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, with schedules and budgets.
• Lead high-visibility customer programs and cross-company initiatives.
• Maintain complex schedules for development projects and company programs.
• Develop and maintain program charters, scope documents, and business cases.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, sales, supply chain, and quality to meet commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and senior stakeholders on program status.
