Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Program Manager to ensure on‑time delivery of products to finished goods according to committed shipment dates. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, assess constraints and risks, and actively reduce lead times while minimizing inventory investments.

You will lead New Product development for Hyperscale Power, support proposals, manage schedules, budgets, and KPI targets, and serve as the primary customer and engineering contact.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with PCBA design and/or manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes is preferred.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross‑functional project teams through all phases of New Product Development of Hyperscale Power.
• Plans and manages development schedules and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensures PDP compliance, and raises scope or financial target changes with recommendations.
• Owns project KPIs: schedule, cost targets, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Acts as primary contact with customer project and design representatives.
• Coordinates with design and manufacturing to ensure DFM, cycle‑time and quality targets.
