Job summary

XP Power, a global leader in power conversion, seeks an Engineering Program Manager to drive product execution, test, and delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, craft project plans, and steer schedules to ensure on-time launches for critical power conversion products.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and experience managing complex development lifecycles, with a focus on data-driven decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as project engineer or Program Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EE/ME or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through NPI development using a Product Lifecycle process.
• Ability to drive teams and remove roadblocks to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of projects with Engineering teams.
• Create and track project plans and schedules.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver products meeting defined requirements.
• Coordinate engineering activity and manage deliverables for product releases.
• Interface with XP Power factories in Asia and coordinate global builds.
• Contribute to executive level updates and KPIs.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
