Ideal candidates have 5+ years of program management, a data-driven mindset, and demonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments while mentoring junior PMs and scaling programs for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery with senior leaders across orgs to define strategy, goals and timelines.
• Identify and solve complex problems, drive improvements, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Own and drive cross-functional programs from concept to delivery aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Mentor and develop junior program managers to raise the bar for program management excellence.
