Job summary

Global Power Components is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee large customer programs within our engineer-to-order manufacturing business. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure program success from quotation to delivery.

You will manage executive-level relationships, drive accountability, and monitor milestones, risk, and profitability while promoting best practices in program management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/program management or related technical environments.
• Experience managing large customer accounts and complex programs.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing operations and ETO project execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial, scheduling, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic customers and large multi-project accounts.
• Oversee multiple active projects within assigned customer programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while serving as the escalation point.
• Lead regular customer meetings, project reviews, and business updates.
• Manage expectations on schedules, scope changes, and delivery commitments.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and program growth.
• Provide guidance to Project Managers and ensure proper planning and execution.
• Review status reports, milestones, risks, and recovery plans.
• Monitor profitability, budgets, and financial metrics for programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Engineering, Ops, and Supply Chain.
