Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in Agile, cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large organizations.
• 2+ years of leading PMs and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum in software development contexts.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of complex initiatives in the Commercial Segment.
• Oversee Scrum events and remove obstacles to progress.
• Backlog management and collaboration with Technology, Business and Operations teams.
• Coach and mentor team members; monitor progress with established metrics.
• Ensure timely delivery, reporting, and alignment with product roadmaps.
