CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team seeks an innovative leader with strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment. The role directs Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, coaches teams, and aligns backlog with the product roadmap.

You'll manage budgets over $10M+, collaborate with Technology, Business and Operations professionals, and mentor PMs and Scrum Masters while delivering complex technology programs on

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years delivering programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years leading PM/SM teams.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• 2+ years budget planning and forecasting.
• 2+ years using MS Office and budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ including large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project-team members.
• Lead planning, agendas, reports and monitoring activities.
• Ensure deliverables are created and updated over time.
• Interface with senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and project plans.
• Allocate resources to support project goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and forecast activities.
