Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a high-energy leader to drive enterprise delivery initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will oversee Agile teams, manage budgets, and partner with Technology, Business and Operations to deliver strategic technology programs.

This position requires strong coaching, stakeholder communication, and experience directing multiple project lifecycles with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years building and growing teams of PMs/Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of complex technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Scrum events and address impediments to progress.
• Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Support product roadmap through backlog management and prioritization.
• Develop metrics to monitor progress and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and resource planning.
