CVS Health is seeking an experienced enterprise delivery leader to drive critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will guide Agile practice, coach teams, and partner with Technology, Business and Operations to advance the product roadmap.

The role requires strong program management, budget oversight, and executive communication across diverse stakeholders. You will manage budgets of $10M+ and coordinate with senior leaders while ensuring milestones, dependencies and risk are

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery leadership in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading and developing Project Managers/Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies in software contexts.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• 2+ years using Office tools for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technology initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee Scrum events, remove impediments, and coach teams.
• Drive backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with product roadmap.
• Monitor progress with metrics, forecasts, and regular reviews.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and external partners on timelines and dependencies.
• Manage multiple project lifecycles, risk escalation, and issue resolution.
• Engage with Resource planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.
