Job summary

CVS Health's Enterprise Delivery team seeks a high-energy leader to drive delivery of complex technology initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will oversee Scrum events, remove blockers, coach teams, and align with product roadmaps.

You will partner with Technology, Business and Operations, manage budgets over $10M, mentor PMs, and report progress to Senior leaders while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery leadership in large organizations.
• 2+ years leading/developing PMs or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum in software delivery.
• 2+ years budget planning, forecasting and financial management.
• 2+ years using Office suites and project/budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Running Programs with budgets of $10M+ spanning large projects.
• Managing Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Driving planning, meetings, reports and tracking initiatives.
• Ensuring deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interfacing with Senior leaders across the company.
• Overseeing timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
• Tracking multiple lifecycles and escalating issues.
• Managing projects using CVS Agile methods and PM practices.
• Coordinating cross-functional dependencies and resources.
• Conducting regular project reviews and quarterly forecasts.
