Highmark Inc. in the United States is seeking a program leader to define, plan, and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that span scope, time and budget. You will guide multiple projects and teams, align with executives, and ensure outcomes meet business goals.

You will manage roadmaps, stakeholder communications, and risk, while applying PM best practices and governance to keep programs viable and on track across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of experience in a project manager role.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and governance capabilities.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Define program strategy and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Lead program management and project teams to deliver defined outcomes.
• Coordinate with Executivo Sponsor and Business Owner to meet objectives.
• Monitor program scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with goals.
• Communicate status and milestones to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Adhere to PM methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
