Job summary

You will communicate status to executives and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards. The role requires 1–3 years in project management, strong communication, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role and/or project leadership.
• Preferred health care insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience with an industry standard software development lifecycle.
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines, plans and delivers complex programs with cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies.
• Lead program strategy, assemble project teams and maintain cross-functional roadmaps.
• Monitor, report and adjust scope, schedule and budget; ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop customer relationships and present status to stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• Adhere to project management methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
