Highmark Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to define, plan, and deliver complex programs with cross-functional collaboration. You will manage interdependencies among a group of projects, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget constraints are met.

This role oversees internal exempt and matrixed teams delivering business solutions. You will work with executives and business owners to align objectives, maintain roadmaps, and drive program success while adhering to organizational methods

Qualificações

• Experience in leading cross-functional program teams
• Ability to develop and maintain program roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and lifecycle

Responsabilidades

• Drive out program strategy and approach with business and technical teams
• Assemble project teams and maintain comprehensive program plans
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsor to achieve program objectives
• Understand business objectives for assigned areas
• Monitor and report program status including scope, schedule, budget
• Deliver status presentations to stakeholders
• Adhere to project management methods and contribute to improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
