Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence without authority and to engage senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-maker who brings structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies and resolve conflicts across teams and workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold peers accountable.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leaders with executive presence.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery within GBO.
