Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and to align multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment toward shared goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decisions logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate updates to senior and executive leadership with clarity.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve program delivery.
