Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping strategy and translating plans into actions, with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

You will influence without formal authority, manage dependencies, governance, and risk, and deliver outcomes across IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units. Hybrid/remote work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without formal authority
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems is preferred
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to programs

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors
• Surface dependencies and resolve conflicts across teams and workstreams
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units and stakeholders
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early and drive decisions toward resolution
• Run governance forums, logs, and escalation paths tailored to each program
• Communicate updates to senior and executive leadership with clarity
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
