Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join its Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, translating strategy into clear plans, and align multiple moving parts toward shared outcomes.

You will collaborate with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units, guiding programs from shaping to execution while maintaining executive-level communication and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication at senior/executive level.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems programs.
• Autonomous decision-making with ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to choose the right approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts toward shared goals.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority; hold peers and partners accountable.
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as trusted partner to other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions toward resolution.
• Run governance structures, steering committees, decision logs, escalation paths as needed.
