Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, translate plans into decisions, and align multiple moving parts toward shared outcomes.

You will influence senior leaders and work with IT, Finance, Legal, and other units to drive results. You will build integrated roadmaps, manage dependencies, and govern programs with steering committees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes, accountable for results
• Help define program strategy, success measures, and priorities alongside executive sponsors and senior leaders
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, workstreams, and systems, surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and keeping everyone moving toward the same goal
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability
• Partner closely with GBO teammates, and serve as a trusted partner to other business units and their stakeholders
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans that align scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution across competing priorities
• Run governance, steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates
• Bring structure to ambiguity, and continuously improve how programs are delivered across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities, as needed
