Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. You will lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives and connect executive sponsors with IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units.

This role emphasizes influence, credibility, and clarity over formal authority, working with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will shape program strategy, translate it into concrete plans, and keep multiple workstreams aligned toward shared outcomes,

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without authority.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-level programs from strategy to execution.
• Experience coordinating IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems projects.
• Autonomous decision making and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
