Relativity, a leading provider of all-in-one data and platform solutions, seeks an experienced Program Manager to join its Global Business Operations team. You will shape program strategy, translate it into clear plans, and coordinate with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage roadmaps, govern programs, and communicate decisions with executive presence.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, with exceptional written and verbal communication and credibility at senior level.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with programs involving IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions with minimal guidance, and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong command of program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and the judgment to choose the right approach for the work.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, aligning everyone toward a goal.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as a trusted partner to other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans that align scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance, steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise updates to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity, and improve how programs are delivered across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
