Job summary

Relativity seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives within the Global Business Operations team. You will connect executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other units to shape strategy and translate it into clear plans and decisions.

You will manage multiple workstreams with governance, risk management, and reporting, delivering outcomes through influence rather than authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-maker who brings structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with GBO teammates and stakeholders across business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance including steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
