Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day ROOT team in Bellevue, WA. You will scope large initiatives, report to senior leadership, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive delivery and cost improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, program strategy ownership, and the ability to communicate complex results across organizations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Thinking creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement.
• Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment
• Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
• Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
